I had a question about my order, so I sent them an email. wasn’t expecting a fast reply, but they got back to me quickly. Clear answer, too. No back-and-forth confusion. They helped me figure out what was going on without making it a whole hassle. Really nice customer service. I’d definitely order from Aitai Kuji again.

I placed an order the other day, and when it showed up I was checking everything off on the kitchen table because I always do that for some reason. One item was missing, so I messaged support. They got back to me quickly and sent the missing item out without making it a big hassle. No drama at all, and I’m happy with how they handled it

I placed an order with Aitai Kuji and realized soon after that I needed to cancel it. Unfortunately, their cancellation policy made the whole thing feel way more difficult than it needed to be. It felt like once you hit the order button, you’re kind of locked in, even if the item hasn’t shipped yet. Customer service did respond, which I appreciate, but the replies mostly just referred me back to the policy. I understand that stores need clear rules, but in this case it felt a bit unfair. A short grace period for accidental orders or quick changes would really make the experience feel more reasonable.

"Pretty easy to browse, honestly"
I used Aitai Kuji and it was mostly really easy to get around. The categories actually made sense, which was nice, and I found what I was looking for without clicking through a million pages. Checkout was simple too, no weird confusing steps. I don’t know, I expected it to be more annoying for some reason, but it was fine. The site also loaded well on my phone, so overall it was a smooth experience...

I ordered from Aitaikuji and it was mostly a smooth experience. The site was easy to figure out, and my item arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. The only downside was that a few things I wanted were either unavailable or had limited access, which was a little frustrating. I did reach out and support basically said something like, “availability can be limited depending on the item,” which made sense, but I still wish there had been more options to choose from. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d probably order again.

"Sooo glad I found it here"
I was checking around for the figure I wanted, but pretty much everywhere else was already sold out. Aitai Kuji still had it in stock, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Ordering was easy enough, and I really liked that the page made the stock info super clear. I’m sooo happy I was still able to grab it there

"Refund was okay, just slower than expected"
I had to cancel an order and request a refund. I expected the process to be a bit quicker, especially with getting updates, so that part was a little disappointing. That said, support did reply, and the refund came through without any real issue. Not perfect, but it was handled fine in the end

i’ve ordered from aitaikuji a few times now and haven’t had any major problems. updates can be a bit slow here and there, but everything i bought showed up fine and was packed really well. it feels legit to me, and i’d order from them again...

"Wish I Hadn’t Trusted Them"
The box showed up a little crushed, and the item inside had barely any padding around it. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be packed properly. It ended up being okay, but the whole thing just didn’t feel great.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I’m relieved I gave it a try. The product itself is good and I’m happy with it overall. The only downside is the shipping cost, which felt a bit high and definitely stung a little.

Ordered a few things from aitaikuji the shipping was way faster than I thought it’d be coming from Japan. Tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, and the package showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. It did take a bit before they actually sent the damn thing out, which was kind of annoying, but once it finally got moving, it arrived quick. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again.

I know this should be the bare minimum, but my order was totally correct and I was weirdly relieved. Nothing missing, nothing swapped out, no random surprise item I didn’t ask for. It’s kind of sad how rare that feels sometimes, but hey, this one was done right, so credit where it’s due

I placed a preorder and it just kept getting delayed, with barely any updates along the way. After waiting around for so long, I got tired of it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from aitaikuji again.

"Really happy with how it arrived"
My order from aitaikuji showed up in really nice condition. The figure box didn’t have any dents or major scratches, and everything inside was clean and packed securely. It did take a little while to get here, but the condition was better than I expected. I’m happy with it and would be fine ordering again.
